KNOWN WITH DOGS: Ollie is playful and friendly though does get VERY enthusiastic with new friends. It can overwhelm some dogs, but he is great when matched with the right playmate. He would love a big-playstyle female dog his size, if you already have someone at home looking for a new canine companion. KNOWN WITH CATS: We do know how Ollie is with cats but can see how he might do if that is helpful. KNOWN WITH KIDS: Ollie is not recommended for a family with children. KNOWN CUES: Sit. KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Ollie is house-trained and is comfortable hanging out in his crate though he prefers not to be closed inside KNOWN LIKES: Treats. Exercise. Mental and physical exercise. Dogs of all sizes. People of all ages. Treats. Treats. Treats. KNOWN DISLIKES: Being left alone. ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Ollie is looking for an adult-only home where he can love on his new human parents to his heart's content!! He LOVES to be with people and can sometimes get a little overwhelmed and has been known to nip in these situations, so while he is GREAT with kids we do not recommend him going to a home with small children. Ollie has a rough and tumble playstyle and prefers his canine companions match that style. He's not great at receiving cues from other pups, so needs the more forgiving sort to partner with. He does well on walks, and would love an active lifestyle with lots of activity and hiking. Ollie does not like being left alone. The crate is not his favorite place, and he would prefer a home where his humans don't have to leave him for long periods of time. Our team can talk to you more about working with Ollie and helping him feel comfortable when his humans are away. Make all of Ollie's dreams come true - stop by to meet him this weekend!
