My story

DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting.  ***** Rosie, aka Heather Rose, is 8 months old, weighs 7lbs, is spayed, is up to date on her vaccines, is microchipped, and is FeLV/FIV negative, as her veterinary records will substantiate. Rosie's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome her:  Rosie was abandoned, but her current guardian/foster momma doesn't have the time nor money to adopt Rosie.  Each of her 4 senior resident cats wish they were the only cat in the house. Rosie's guardian states the following regarding children:  Although Rosie hasn't lived with children, her guardian recommends her living with children, stating "I had Rosie at an adoption event last month and she loved it when the children would pet her". Rosie's guardian states the following regarding dogs:  Although Rosie hasn't lived with a dog, her guardian recommends her living with dogs, stating "At the adoption event last week I asked a gentleman that was there with his dog to go up to Rosie's crate and she had no reaction to the dog sniffing her crate". Rosie's guardian states the following regarding cats:  Rosie lives with cats, so her guardian recommends her living with cats, stating "Rosie has an older foster sister, Gigi 2 (marketed through Rescue Well), that she shares the second floor with.  They aren't cuddlers, but tolerate each other even during play time". Rosie's guardian describes her as: Very active Playful Friendly Likes to be touched Affectionate Always at your side House-Trained Rosie's guardian describes her ideal future home:  "I think Rosie would love to live in a home with children because she is a super playful maniac!  She is so much fun and will bring smiles/joy at all ages."
