Esther

My story

Esther is a sweet one but like all good cats she has her quirks. She likes to be within arms length for pets, has a thing for licking wet hair and demands you brush her chin hair. She will accept a good petting or ear rub as a substitute if absolutely necessary. However, her highness is firm on not being picked up. She says she is a cat, not a sack of potatoes! She is a good roommate, she won't walk across your keyboard while you are working and she enjoys quiet time hanging out with her emotional support catnip cactus toy, Steve. She also provides free weather forecast services - five to ten minutes before it rains, she'll dart through the house to hide. Better than the weather radio! She may be 9 years old but has plenty of spunk. Wand toys are her jam. She'll jump a few times then plop down and then flail about like a beautiful spaz. Then it's nap time. Her favorite napping spots are close by her foster mom - back of the couch, chair or near her pillow. We believe Esther will do best in a low energy home with a human nearby.
