Meet Melvin, a sweet and resilient boy who came from one of our wonderful foster homes along with several of his siblings. When he first arrived, he wasn’t in the best shape, but with lots of TLC from his foster family, he’s made an incredible recovery and is now ready to find his forever home.Melvin is still a bit shy, but he has a heart full of love waiting to be given to the right person. With a little time and patience, he will warm up and show you just how sweet and affectionate he can be. He thrives in a calm, understanding environment where he can feel safe and loved.Melvin does best on a sensitive digestion diet, which can be easily purchased without a prescription. This special diet helps keep him feeling his best, and it’s an easy way to make sure he’s comfortable in his new home.If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who just needs a little time to feel secure, Melvin could be the perfect match for you. Your visit to the shelter is to meet any cat or kitten available for adoption at the time of visit.If you or anyone you know is interested in helping the shelter, we are always looking for foster families of our cats and dogs, as well as in-person volunteers, to assist with animal care.
