My story

Meet Rosie – A Sweet Survivor Ready for a Loving Home Rosie is a 3-year-old Pitbull mix, weighing about 53 lbs, and she has a heart as big as her story is heartbreaking. She was rescued from the euthanasia room at Apple Valley Shelter, moments away from losing her life. We believe Rosie’s puppies were taken from her, and she was heartlessly dumped on the streets—later brought to the shelter as a stray. Despite everything she’s endured, Rosie remains gentle, loving, and incredibly resilient.  Rosie at a Glance: Age: ~3 years Breed: Pitbull mix Weight: ~53 lbs Spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped Friendly with other dogs (no reactivity) OK around cats (no reactivity) Great with people Walks well on a leash Rosie is calm, affectionate, and well-mannered.
