Mufasa

My story

This sweet little potato of a puppy is Mufasa. He is 1 year old and is ready to be loved on in his new forever home! In his previous home, Mufasa was potty trained and had great house manners. With some routine and teaching, Mufasa will quickly be the best house guest. He is fun, energetic, loves to play, and loves to run around like the young pup he is. Mufasa previously lived with young children and would love to meet the whole family! This boy is also dog social and likes to run around with his friends during playgroups. He easily obliges to commands such as ‘come’ and ‘down’ and accepts simple positive reinforcements (eg with pets, a ‘good boy,’ or a treat). When he walked around the neighborhood, he did not pull on the leash or ‘tug’ away when he saw other dogs or humans nearby. (Plus, he is the perfect medium-sized pup, that even if he did dart at anything, it would be a breeze for most people to reel him in!). He recognizes dog treats but doesn`t beg or become too amped up to get his mouth on them! He`s already mastered the basics of fetch and will bring the ball right back to you! All dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped and ready to meet their forever family!His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
