My story

PACC CENSUS DEADLINE5PM Monday 04/14/25Name: ShaneAnimal ID: A832450Age: 3 yearsWeight: 47 lbs.WEB: https://24petconnect.com/PimaAdoptablePets/Details/PIMA/A832450 (Make sure to check out all his cute pictures and his video!)About: What’s super cute, has a pink piglet snout, and is one of the most popular guys at the shelter? It’s Shane!! During a brief adoption Shane was housebroken. We learned that he may do best in a home without kids, and that’s ok! During his time in that home he was described as couch potato who likes car rides, enjoys swimming, and loves to be near his family. He needs time to feel safe with new people, so needs a family who will work with him on training and be understanding of his needs. “Shane seems to be a good dog- energetic and loves water and he likes the pool. He likes to eat while laying down and carries his food bowl sometimes to his bed. He likes to lay on the bed and couch. He loves car rides (though he will jump into the front seat) and will jump in the bathtub to get wet. He loves walks- just needs a bit of work on his leash manners. He enjoys tug of war and loves any treats you give him.” Here’s what our volunteers said about him:“Shane is a wiggle worm! He’s always excited for his time out but calms down quickly. He is learning how to sit and takes treats nicely. He’s a sweet guy!”`Shane is an adorable and cuddly shelter dog with a sweet disposition and charming snorts. He knows how to sit and even started giving paw by the end of our doggie day out. Shane has good energy without being too much to handle, walks well on leash, and thoroughly enjoyed a long car ride. He`s the perfect companion ready to find his forever home!`Shane is also a day trip rockstar- he got an A+ when he headed out on the town for a car ride and some time to relax in a home and play in a backyard. He likes hikes, loves toys, knows tricks, and seems to be housebroken.“Shane is a fabulous pup! He is young with a ` can-do` attitude! He loves to play, go for hikes and wiggle around on the couch. He has so much love to give and is so deserving of a loving home. He would do best with an active family!”Shane would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Shane today!!Available for long term foster care 30+ days or adoption through PACC.PACC offers FREE training support for any dogs placed in foster or adoptive homes. In
