My story

Meet Maggie! She’s a 6-month-old Terrier mix, weighing 30 pounds. She’s fully grown and is the perfect size for a family looking for a medium-sized companion. Having spent most of her life in a foster home, Maggie is ready to find her forever family. Maggie is an energetic pup who loves both eating and playing. She enjoys running around in her foster family’s yard and would thrive with a family that loves outdoor activities and long walks in the park. While she’s crate trained and house trained—using pads as well as preferring to do her business outdoors—she could benefit from more leash training. Sometimes, Maggie can be a bit lazy and may lay flat on the floor during walks, so a little patience and encouragement will go a long way.  If you’re interested in adopting Maggie, you can apply for her on our website.
