My story

Kiwi is an absolute darling girl with the most fun bubbly personality! During her time in foster care she became a fast favorite with our Illinois volunteer team (It must be that curly tail and those gorgeous eyes!) This girl is just a big playful pup (a year old as of January 2025) and has a lot of energy. She would really love an active family who can keep up with her or a big fenced in yard she can run all those zoomies out in! After play time, she loves to snuggle, lay on comfy furniture ,and gobble up all the treats she can find! (Check out this sweet girl enjoying her pup cup!) This spunky girl is crate and potty trained! So she is ready to be your best friend! Kiwi LOVES dogs, cats, and people of all ages. However, we think she would absolutely thrive as the only pup in the house so she can soak up all the attention! Some of Kiwi’s favorite things are being outside running in the yard, toys, and cuddling on the couch. She also hasn’t tasted a treat she isn’t quick to gobble up. Kiwi likes to be in the same room with her people, unless she has found the perfect spot to spy on the local wildlife. You’re sure to be laughing at her quirky antics while she chases her tail.
