A rescuer found him tied up and starving, she believes a homeless man owned him and just left him like that. He is a great dog with a wonderful temperament, gets along with other dogs and all people. He is very friendly and cuddly, not dog or leash reactive. He is currently in boarding but needs to get into a home as soon as possible. He is getting professional training as well.
