She’s still young and full of energy, and she’s looking for a home that understands her enthusiasm for life (and her love of bacon). Uma is housebroken and crate trained, and she’s also a graduate of professional training classes—she knows “go home” for her crate and does great with positive reinforcement. She’s incredibly friendly with people and has met strangers with happy hops and tail wags. Her favorite things? Cuddles, squeaky toys, and, without question, bacon.While she’s made dog friends in the past, Uma prefers slower introductions and structured playdates, as she can be a little intense in her play style. She’s still learning how to manage her excitement, especially around other dogs and fast-moving things like wildlife or children. A calm home with older kids who can help her stay grounded would be the best match.
