My story

Meet Stella, a feline resident of our shelter who embodies sweetness and gentleness. Despite her shy nature, she's always welcoming to anyone who approaches her with a friendly hand. Stella has a knack for making people feel at ease with her calm demeanor. She's a quiet companion, preferring to sit by your side rather than engage in wild play. But don't let her reserved nature fool you. She has an endearing curiosity that will keep you entertained. Stella deserves a forever home where she can continue to blossom. Adopt Stella and experience the joy of a loyal and loving companion. We are happy to have made a connection with the wonderful ACO’s at Lake County Animal Control a few years back. Lake Co is very rural Michigan. Their resources are extremely limited. Yet they have managed to get a vaccine and sterilization program going for their cats. Placement through adoption continues to be almost non existent. Occasionally we go and pull all their cats. Stella was a stray. Adopted, but then returned. She is struggling to understand her circumstances but is sweet. Her approximate date of birth is 2019. --- All of our cats/kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated against Distemper, and treated for fleas and other parasites. --- Adoption center is located at 7962 CLYDE PARK SW, BYRON CENTER MI 49315. Our shelter is open by appointment only. Applications must be submitted and approved before appointments will be set.
