My story

Hopper is a ball of happiness and energy, always ready to leap into an adventure with his big, hopeful heart. He’s the kind of pup who’ll greet every day with enthusiasm and a wagging tail, but there’s one thing missing: a home to call his own. Despite his playful nature and boundless love, Hopper is still waiting for the perfect family to give him the love and stability he so desperately deserves. He has been waiting for a home to call his own for over for a year now... Hopper came to us from a crowded shelter in Ohio, a bit underweight and unsure of what the future held. But with every ounce of love and care he’s received, he’s thriving and back to a healthy weight, ready to take on the world. He’s quick to learn new things and is working hard on his basic commands and manners. This sweet boy has already shown us his love for walks, and he’s even had a chance to visit an elementary school where he charmed all the kids with his gentle, outgoing personality. While Hopper is a social butterfly who loves being the center of attention, he’s also a cuddle bug who’ll happily curl up next to you after a fun day of play. He’s looking for an active family who can match his energy and loves a good laugh from his silly antics. But beyond the playfulness, Hopper’s heart is full of love, and he longs for the warmth and security of a family to call his own. Sadly, Hopper doesn’t get along well with other animals, so he would do best as the only pet in the home.
