My story
A meadow has wildflowers in abundance and represents the beauty and tranquility found in nature. We wish for our own lovely Meadow to finally find her own peace and contentment in a forever home. Have you ever heard a dog purr? She has the cutest little low purr to show she’s happy! Found during the spring of ‘24 emaciated and abandoned after recently having had another litter of puppies, all signs pointed to this poor girl not having had a very pleasant life. With lots of TLC from staff and volunteers, she’s gained weight (actually a little too much!) and has settled into shelter life as best she can. This gentle, quiet gal is calm, rides well in the car and walks pretty well on a leash. If you have a pocket full of low-cal yummy treats and enjoy leisurely strolls with a devoted companion, come fall in love with Meadow’s deep, soulful gaze and peaceful spirit.
