MJ

My story

MJ is a 2-year-old FIV+ tortie girl with a very sweet personality. She recently arrived at her current foster and is settling in great. She's polite, playful, and cuddly, and she has the most gorgeous coat and speckled eyes. We don't know what MJ stands for, but current nicknames include Mango Juice, Mrs. Jones, Mom Jeans, and Mayhem Juggernaut. MJ is a curious little lady! She loves to investigate new sights, sounds, and cozy spots. She loves to look out the window at squirrels and people passing by. She's a cuddly purr machine, bumping up against our hands and demanding scritches on her head, chest, and belly while rumbling up a storm. She likes to chase her wand toy and her mice, and overnight she likes to retrieve her toys from around the house and pile them near her food bowl like little gifts for her humans. Other favorite activities include following her humans from room to room, surveying her domain from doorways, scratching her scratching post, and zooming from room to room on the heels of invisible adversaries. Her patient and peaceful personality is not the only special thing about MJ. She is also an FIV positive cat. That means MJ will stay an indoor only cat, either by herself, or with another FIV positive cat to live out her long tranquil loving life.
