My story

Meet Adele Introducing Adele! Adele is an adorable Chihuahua / Dachshund (“Chiweenie”) mix who is approximately 5 months old and currently weighs 7 pounds. We rescued tis little gal along with her siblings (and who we believe to be her mom and dad) from the Weslaco shelter in South Texas near the border of Mexico. We are so happy to have this little family here to help them find their loving, forever homes. Adele is a typical happy, playful puppy! She is very sweet and enjoys romping around, exploring her surrounding with her buddies here at the rescue. She is curious, social and enjoys being held. She enjoys playing with toys and is very treat-motivated. We can really see her doing well growing up in just about any family environment. Adele is located at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and will be available for adoption after May 11th , 2024. Prior to adoption, she will be spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations/shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $375. A meet and greet will be arranged with an approved application.
