My story
Gertie is a beautiful, shy older kitty who deserves a chance to enjoy her golden years in a loving home. Transferred from a high-kill shelter, Gertie was given a new opportunity to find a peaceful and caring environment. She came to us alongside Golden Boy, but she is adaptable and will thrive both with him or on her own. Gertie may take some time to warm up, but once she does, her gentle and affectionate nature will shine through. She’s looking for a patient and understanding family to offer her the comfort and love she needs to truly flourish.
