My story

Daisy Dee is a young, intelligent, vibrant, hopeful little dream girl who can’t wait to find her furever home. One of our volunteer trainers at the shelter spent time with Daisy Dee said “This is a very smart dog!” Daisy has a knack for learning cues, commands, and she is just brimming with excitement and eager to find a family who will harness her natural gifts through training and a stimulating home environment where she can work her body and mind. Daisy has enjoyed a couple of short foster vacations and we learned some great things about her. In one home she was house trained, loved squeaky toys, and loved to make friends. In another home she was also house trained, liked balls, was good when left alone, good on leash, and was friendly when meeting new people.Daisy’s volunteer friends at the shelter enjoy spending time with her, saying the following:“Daisy was easy to leash and was non-reactive to other kenneled dogs as we went by. She is a little shy, but warms up quickly and enjoys being petted, especially right behind her ears.”“Daisy is a beautiful dog and is very sweet. She`s so fun to spend time with and loves her snacks and walks. What a great dog she`ll make for anyone and everyone.”Daisy has shared her kennel politely and has been playful and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Daisy has a few training tips for you: give all the cuddles, be generous with treats, love her furever… If that sounds like a training plan you are up for, come and meet her today!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt DAISY DEE*, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
