It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. Rescued as a stray by a kind stranger and taken into wonderful care until the landlord complained and the rescuer had no alternative to relinquish her to poochmatch. She is quiet, well behaved, housebroken, sociable with other dogs, enjoys being outdoors and loves to sunbathe. For additional information call Lydia at 714-357-8405. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.
