Home to Home Program Contact: Shirla at 916-416-6861 Panther is a very friendly and nice, neutered boy who is being cared for by a good Samaritan after being dumped in a local neighborhood. He is a lap kitty and loves to cuddle up next to his person at night. He would love to have a permanent home where he can be cared for and give as much love as he receives.
