My story

Meet Max, a sweet older gentleman with plenty of love to go around. Max is a sturdy boy who turns into a floppy marshmallow when you spend time giving him attention and affection. He absolutely loves going to the park here and getting a chance to stretch his legs. Rather than play fetch, he prefers to get some laps in and then spend time snuggling with you - belly rubs are his favorite. He's a smart boy who knows commands like sit, shake, stay and come, and he has worked on crate and house training before, and he walks nicely on a leash. He has experience living with other dogs, and if you have doggos at home, please bring everyone in for a meet and greet to make sure it's the perfect fit. No cats, though - Max can't resist the chase. What Max truly can't resist, though, is a kind human who shows him lots of love. He'll show his appreciation by leaning into you for pets and quickly flopping over on his back so you can get to work on those belly rubs. Are you up for it? Come meet Max today.
