My story

Meet Lulu — a sweet, spirited 14 year old kitty with a heart that’s still young at heart! After losing her longtime home, Lulu spent some time adjusting in a kennel, where she bravely learned to tolerate unfamiliar sounds, including barking. Now thriving in her foster home, she’s getting along well with a laid-back resident dog, though she’s still a bit unsure around more energetic pups. A calm, quiet household — possibly with a mellow dog — would be her ideal match.Though she’s a senior, Lulu is full of love and affection. She absolutely adores gentle pets, especially chin and ear scratches, and she’ll give your hand a gentle nudge when she’s ready for more. She’s not fond of being picked up, so a home with older, respectful children would be best. She’s charming and cuddly — on her own terms!Lulu spends her days lounging in her favorite cat tower by the window, watching the world go by, and batting around her favorite toys. She enjoys life’s simple pleasures: cozy naps, quiet moments, and loving companionship.
