My story

This handsome man is Thomas! You may have seen him recently in his suite, napping and snuggling with customers. Thomas was brought to us last summer when a caring community member found him wandering outside Kroger. Once in our care, we discovered Thomas was partially blind and diabetic, and the outdoors are no place for a blind senior. Now this sweet soul is on the lookout for a new home. Thomas will need lifelong insulin shots to manage his diabetes, and in return, he will fill your home with so much love and calmness. Thomas can be adopted or fostered, as long as he's able to finally get the cozy space and unconditional love he deserves. If you are interested in fostering Thomas, email foster@lynchburghumane.org.
