My story
Meet Franklin, who comes to us from the Rowan County Animal Shelter. This poor baby had applications on him, and nobody that applied for him showed up for him. We did!! Franklin is an approximate 3-year-old, 13 lb., Poodle / Poodle mix. He was found as a stray and shaved down to the skin. We are certain it will grow back beautifully. He has had all of his vaccinations, is neutered, and microchipped. He gets along with other dogs and is very opinionated and talks back.
