My story

Meet Binnie🤍 • With People: Binnie is a sweet and energetic dog who loves people once he warms up. He may be wary of strangers at first, especially if approached quickly, and may growl slightly. However, if given space and time, and a few tasty treats, he will quickly bond and show his affectionate, playful side. • With Dogs: He is polite and neutral with other dogs. He doesn’t initiate contact but responds well when other dogs approach. • With Cats: Binnie is gentle and respectful around cats. • Separation Anxiety: He is very independent and does well when left alone—usually resting or entertaining himself with toys. • Potty Training: He prefers outdoor potty breaks, but also uses indoor pee pads reliably. • Grooming & Handling: A grooming superstar—Binnie tolerates baths, brushing, drying, and teeth brushing without issue. • Walking & Leash Training: He loves walks and walks in sync with his guardian. Occasionally startles at loud noises like motorcycles but is improving every day. • Car Rides: No motion sickness—Binnie rests calmly in the car. 💌Special Notes💌 • Binnie knows commands like “Sit,” “Down,” “Paw,” “Other Paw,” “Nose Touch,” “High Five,” and “Kiss.” • He may occasionally show defensive nipping if uncomfortable or startled, so spatial awareness and gentle boundaries are important.
