My story

Hi, I’m Jewels — a 7–8-year-old sweetheart with a heart full of love and so much life still to share. I’m about 40 pounds, low energy, and as gentle as they come. I’ve spent over a year in the shelter, quietly waiting for my forever person. I’m a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, I’ll melt right into your side — loyal, loving, and endlessly grateful. I walk beautifully on leash, take treats like a pro, and absolutely love car rides. I don’t ask for much — just a calm, kind home where I can finally exhale. I adore my people and would be happiest in a peaceful place where I can feel safe, loved, and part of a family. If you're looking for a loyal companion who’s past the puppy phase but still has plenty of love to give, I just might be your girl.
