My story

Meet Callie, a sweet 13-year-old Calico who has been through a lot. She was adopted as a tiny kitten and lived with her owner until they had to go into the hospital on 2/27/24. Callie stayed in her carrier at the kennel until a wonderful foster took her home on 3/15/24.Callie is slowly coming out of her shell. Her foster mom says, `She is ok with me but I am limited on what she lets me do. I can pet her, but she will hiss (maybe a sign of affection) and then walk away almost immediately.` I would add that she is becoming affectionate with my son, who she spends most of her time with.Callie has great potential and just needs some time and patience. She isn`t a fan of other animals and will hiss to say `back off.` Let`s help Callie find a forever home where she can feel safe and loved! ????
