My story

DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting.  ***** Jasper is 4yo, weighs 15lbs, is neutered, is up to date on his vaccines, is microchipped, and is FeLV/FIV negative as his veterinary records will substantiate.  Jasper's guardian adds:  "Jasper is left alone 5-12 hours each day;  he dislikes/fears being held too long; during the day and at night he has free roam with room limits; he meows a lot during car rides in his kennel; he eats Hill's Biome (wet and dry)." Jasper's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him:  A new human household member is allergic to cats. Jasper's guardian offers a brief a medical history:  "Jasper has been treated for UTIs." Jasper's guardian states the following regarding children:  Jasper lives with a 10yo child, so his guardian recommends his living with children, stating "He takes some time to open up to children.  The more children the longer it takes". Jasper's guardian states the following regarding dogs:  Jasper lives with a dog, so his guardian recommends his living with dogs, stating "After the initial curiosity he has little to no interest". Jasper's guardian states the following regarding cats:  Although Jasper hasn't lived with cats, his guardian recommends his living with cats, stating "After the initial curiosity he has little to no interest".
