Meet Bruce, a spunky pup who has lots of love to give! Bruce is an energetic and inquisitive boy who would make for a great running buddy, jogging partner or fetching friend! Here at the Adoption Center, Bruce has made lots of doggy friends in our playgroups, and he loves to play catch with his plush toys. Adopters with an active lifestyle would be a paw-fect match for this fun-loving dog! Bruce can get very excited in new situations and when meeting new people, but he is diligently working on his doggy manners. His attention is easily redirected with treats and toys. Bruce is sure to melt your heart with his adorable face and kind eyes! Bruce needs to meet other dogs one-on-one first. Our staff would love to help make introductions! Bruce would benefit from an adopter who can provide him with training to become his best self. Bruce would benefit from an active adopter who can keep him busy with fun and exercise. An Admissions and Placement Specialist will share tips to set Bruce up for success in your home! Does Bruce sound like the adventure buddy that you need in your life? Click the “Adopt Me” button to complete an application and learn more about him here - https://adopt.adopets.com/pet/5c7aabc5-2b2e-4111-9ef5-5ceec7b97377 *The ASPCA Adoption Center encourages a $150 suggested adoption fee when adopting an animal. This suggested adoption fee allows the ASPCA to continue our lifesaving work and help even more animals in need. We are grateful for any and all amounts given at the time of adoption.* For more information on adopting from the ASPCA, please visit www.aspca.org/adoptionsteps. **The ASPCA is committed to prioritizing the health and safety of the community, the animals in our care and our staff, and we are keeping a close eye on developments related to the COVID-19 crisis as they evolve. As such, the ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City is currently closed for in-person visitors. However, we are excited to offer remote adoptions using video conferencing! In-person meet-and-greets are also sometimes available or required for specific animals. Please check out our available cats and dogs above, and if one catches your eye, apply directly for him or her. An ASPCA Matchmaker will let you know if the animal you are interested in adopting is eligible for or requires an in-person meet-and-greet. Please note: Adoption applications are handled in the order they are received and submitting an adoption survey does not constitute a hold or guaranteed adoption. You can expect to receive automated emails updating you on your adoption status as our Matchmakers go through applications. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you find your match!** July 5, 2024, 9:06 am
