My story

Bethany is a stunning long-haired tortie with a heart as warm as her luxurious coat. Though she may be a little shy around new people, give her some time, and she’ll reward your patience with endless love and devotion. Once Bethany trusts you, she becomes a snuggly shadow, happily following you from room to room. This sweet and mellow girl enjoys a bit of play now and then, but her favorite pastimes are lounging in sunny spots or curling up next to you on the couch for quiet companionship. She’s a laid-back, docile soul who gets along with other cats, though she would do best in a calm, quiet household where she can feel safe and secure. Bethany’s gentle nature makes her the perfect match for someone looking for a peaceful and loving feline companion. If you’re ready to share your home and heart with this beautiful tortie, Bethany is ready to be your loyal friend for life. Bethany was born around May 1, 2023, and is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. She is fixed, up-to-date on shots, is microchipped, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.  All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found on our website at www.fosterandforever.org.
