My story

This clever girl is well-matched with her namesake as the goddess of the hunt. At first glance, she may seem like your typical independent cat, but underneath that confident exterior lies a heart of gold just waiting to be discovered. Artemis is as spunky as they come! Whether she's chasing after a toy or pouncing on a dangling string, her playful antics are sure to keep you entertained for hours on end. She loves exploring her surroundings and isn't afraid to let her curiosity lead the way. She loves high places; from the top of the kitchen cabinets to sprinting up the wall shelves to take a playful defensive stance against her pursuers. But don't let her spirited nature fool you—Artemis has a softer side too. Once she's comfortable with you, she'll curl up in your lap for some quiet cuddle time, purring contentedly as you shower her with affection. There's nothing she loves more than snuggling up with her favorite human and soaking in all the love and attention. She loves face scratches and all over body pets. It took her a while to warm up to the foster dog (he’s quite annoying and nosey) but they now live harmoniously in the house. She has even been caught rubbing against him for affection several times. She gets along great with other cats in the house. They can always be found playing or snuggling together. She seems indifferent about meeting strangers. However, if they have a tube treat then she is all in!
