My story
This happy dog is Johnny, #a5608985, now comanche. Comanche was brought to the Downey shelter as a stray on February 19, 2024. They think he is about 10 years old. No one claimed him and no one wanted to adopt him. Comanche was given a deadline on Saturday, April 6, 2024. We asked the shelter for an extension since someone was interested in fostering. We were able to save him on April 9, 2024. He's super sweet and friendly and we are so glad that we could give him the best of the rest of his life. Unfortunately, it did work out at the foster's home. he needs a home with a yard. He is currently at the sanctuary, but we need to find him a foster or adopter asap! he gets along with all the dogs. He loves to play with kongs and tennis balls. HE is just a great dog who deserves his own family! Adopt today! ##2099896##
