Lana Jane

My story

Lana Jane is coming up one her ONE YEAR anniversary of becoming a SAAP cat. She came to us at 5 years old with 5 tiny kittens in tow, and they've long since been adopted out. Lana (Banana), however, has been overlooked for all this time. She has actually been to over 30 adoption events, with only the slightest bit of interest, nothing that panned out. We also don't think it's a black cat thing, since many have come and gone through SAAP during this time.   Lana is a quiet lady who might take a bit to get used to a new home. Her first 2 weeks with us (back 9 months ago, I think?) were spent under our bed. Since then, she's made great confidence strides, fits in easily with the 3 resident cats, avoids the dogs, and canned food is the way to her heart. She will jump up on you while you watch TV to chill, and when you're busy her favorite place is a perching spot by the windows to bathe in the sun!
