Deidre is a female American Bulldog mix who was born in 2016 and rescued in Georgia.  We found Deidre alone and scared in a shelter suffering from a horrific skin condition that left her with open, painful wounds.  The skin condition was very treatable, and Deidre went straight to our vet for immediate treatment.  Deidre is very sweet but a bit timid and shy. Who wouldn't be after suffering for so long?  Deidre would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time, or with that special, patient someone willing to work with Deidre on gaining the confidence she needs to be apart from her person.  Deidre is up to date on vaccinations and will be spayed prior to joining her forever home.  She is great with people of all ages and other dogs and will make a wonderful addition to any family.  If you are that special someone for Deidre who can show her that life can be good, that people can be kind and that she is deserving of a happy life, please apply online at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoptionGiven technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here.
