Beary Berries

My story

Pay no attention to breed here….Ms. Beary is a mix of so many breeds - we stopped counting at 15 breeds so we just say she the best of ALL the breeds! Ms. Beary Berries is 75 lbs, and about 5 years old. She is crate trained and house-trained. She also walks well on the leash. She is great with people and with children. Beary is very bonded to her daughter, Blue Berries however she is dog selective otherwise. She tends to be an Alpha and her reaction to other dogs depends more on their dominance. For this reason it would be best if the Berries were the only two dogs in their home. Ms. Beary is part of a bonded pair so she will need to stick her with her daughter Blue Berry. We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
