Broadway Dance Center (Daisy)

My story

Hello! Meet Broadway Dance Center (aka Daisy). She is the sweetest, kindest, loyal pup. She’s got tons of energy and loves to play and run around outside. She’s fast but gentle with other pups, and her recall is great! Inside she can be a total couch potato and just wants to be next to you. She’s curious indoors and outdoors, follows directions really well (unless there's a squirrel), and because she’s foodmotivated she’s easy to train. She is crate and potty trained, and we’re still working on not pulling on the leash, that's why we used the gentle leader and it works amazing with her. We’re also working on building her trust so she doesn’t feel like she has to bark at loud noises, or strangers on the street.   Personality & Characteristics: Cuddle buddy, so loyal, loves to play with other dogs and her squeaky toys. Great listener, very smart, wellbehaved, no destructive behavior.My foster dog is good with other dogs: Yes!My foster dog is: Crate trained and house trained!3 Keywords for your pup: Active, curious, sweet, very smart.Energy Level (1 = calm, 10 = high energy): 9 outdoors but can for sure sleep a lot throught the day. Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Can bark at strangers who reach for her or with loud noises; mostly quiet indoors. Working on separation anxiety—this needs time and patience. She does much better being left alone if there’s another dog in the house. Walking Manners: Good walker with a Gentle Leader; currently practicing no pulling. Appetite: Big!  Favorite Things: Being outside, squeaky toys, treats, taking naps, and being next to her person. Commands/Tricks: Sit, paw, wait, down, outside, dinner, heel, walk nicely, crate (she goes in her crate during dinner and sleeps there at night), bed. ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
