My story

No out of state applicants, please. Boo is a miracle dog, his name is short for bamBOOzled because his foster agreed to take him sight unseen on the guise that he would only have three legs after being hit by a car.  His leg was able to be saved, and after weeks of bandage changes is finally healed! He also suffered fractured ribs in addition to the exposed bone in his leg, was severely underweight, and stinky.  He has made a real glow-up, and those days are long behind him and he is ready for his furever chapter! Boo is a velcro dog and his favorite thing is to rest his head on you/your pillow/his foster siblings.  He enjoys being the big spoon, non-stop treats and cuddles, walks around the neighborhood, chasing squirrels, and backyard romps with his foster siblings. Boo is a teenager and could use some training to help with his overall manners. He loves to inspect what you're having for all meals (begs) and is just overall excited and amped to live his best day every day (needs some work on impulse control).  He can be mouthy in that young dog way and will give love nibbles/lovingly chew on your fingers, which we are working on.  He also is very much a younger child and wants whatever toy someone else is playing with and will go ahead and steal right from his canine foster sibling's mouth.  He is respectful of his small canine foster sibling, but often does trample over her in his excitement to get anywhere. Boo is a wonderful dog and so, so, so loving.  His perfect home would allow pillow privileges and consistent training to help him be the very best boy he can be!  He is a young, fun boy and every day is his best day.  He has already overcome so much and he has never once let it get him down.  He has been an angel with bandage changes, is so trusting, and loves to be handled all over.
