Meet Asteria – A Gentle Soul with Endless Love to Give Asteria is a petite black-and-white beauty with a heart as big as her purr! This sweet girl came to St. John’s County Animal Control as a citizen turn-in, and she’s now looking for a forever home where she can shower her humans with love and affection. Asteria is all about closeness—she loves being held, cuddled, and simply near her favorite people. Whether you're working from home, lounging on the couch, or just moving room to room, Asteria will follow along and find the perfect spot to curl up next to you. Her soft purrs and gentle nature are constant reminders of just how much she adores being loved. She gets along beautifully with people of all ages and is especially great with kids, making her a wonderful choice for families. Asteria also does well with other cats and enjoys their company. While she’s still unsure about dogs, her calm, affectionate personality suggests she could adapt with a bit of time and patience. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who thrives on human connection, Asteria is the perfect match. She’s low-maintenance, endlessly sweet, and ready to bring warmth and joy to a lucky home.  We provide all initial wellness care, including vaccines, deworming, checking for mites etc., for each kitten and cat under our care. All cats and kittens available for adotpion have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and given a rabies vaccine. Our adoption fees also cover lifetime microchip resgistration.
