My story

Dodger loves to please everyone he meets. His sweet and tolerant personality shines when he is around kids. In a previous foster home, he lived with two kids (5 and 7) without any issues. He also gets along great with other dogs. Dogger’s favorite activities include tummy rubs, rolling in grass, car rides, play time with dog friends, and long walks. He is house trained, and crate trained. He pulls a bit on the leash but it’s manageable (especially with a harness). Dodger was picked up by animal control as an abandoned dog. His owner had moved away, leaving him in a crowded shelter euthanizing for space. He has blossomed in his foster home and is ready meet his forever family. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself.
