Name: Ginger Meow-velous, The Purrsistent Princess Breed: Domestic Short Hair Sex: Spayed Female Age: 1 years Weight: 8 lbs Good with dogs? Yes, she has met calm dogs and liked them. Good with cats? Yes Good with kids? Yes, kids 10+ who can read her cues and respect her boundaries. Energy level: Medium, like a teenager. Ginger is very playful and also naps during the day. Behavioral needs: Ginger loves to initiate contact by rubbing against humans and following along like a shadow while chirping with happiness. She likes being pet on her head and back, but only from behind; she does not like a hand to approach her face. She doesn’t like to be picked up and will let you know what she does not want. She takes time to adjust to anything new in her environment. Animal Characteristics: Ginger is a curious little kitty who is very chatty! She is warming up and learning that humans are safe and loving. She needs a patient adopter who will understand what she likes and help her build confidence at her own pace.
