Location: Hutchinson, MN Yes, we know, everyone wants a dog. Boring. Typical. But you could be the proud owner of a snore mouth slobber muffin. These creatures are becoming harder and harder to come by, but Skylar is the best of them all and hoping to find a new human. Often confused for couch hippos, these tanks subsist off of a unique omnivorous diet with a preferred snack of fruits, but really any snack that isn't theirs will do. Snore mouth slobber muffins occasionally require recharging, but lucky for you, they are solar powered. Environments must come equipped with prime sunny spots, but Skylar's preference is patios for sunbathing. If the patio comes equipped with a yard so he can perform the tedious task of a perimeter patrol for rabbits, even better. Pesky creatures, you know. Rabbits pose a high risk to human servants. No worries, snore mouth slobber muffins are devoted to the love and care of their servants, and will protect you. Their devotion is best shown through cuddles. Personal bubble? You lost that right. Couch? Why did you even think it was yours? And if you disagree, prepare for the smolder. Now, these creatures are a little hesitant to meet new people, but Skylar in particular warms up quickly, especially if a piece of watermelon and cuddles are part of the negotiation. Snore mouth slobber muffins have an age-old dispute with cats. Maybe cats beat them into submission once upon a time? Maybe cats are the reason snore mouth slobber muffins are hard to find these days? We don't know, but we do know Skylar is working hard to establish an alliance. They do make him nervous, but most often he will cower in respect of their authority. In all seriousness, Skylar is a loyal companion. He is kennel and house trained. He has started obedience lessons and gets along well with both dogs and dog-savvy cats. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Skylar, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
