You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! Patches came to our rescue when her owner died. Her owner had adopted Clementine from us and we were asked to also accept Patches. We agreed to take her, know that being turned into the shelter at her age would mean certain death.The adoption fee includes updated shots, a vet visit for a found to be spay certificate, and chip implantation and registration.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Apply on-line using the link to our application.
