You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Flopsy, a tiny, chunky, and adorable Chihuahua with a shy demeanor at first. But once he warms up to you, his excitement shines through with zoomies that will make you smile! Flopsy is looking for a home that will continue to help build his confidence and gently encourage him to step outside his comfort zone. He is not leash trained yet, but with our experienced trainers and volunteers, we are building his skills. It's unclear if he's fully potty trained, but with some training, Flopsy is eager to learn. He gets along well with other dogs, though his interaction with cats is still unknown. Flopsy's sweet personality is sure to win hearts! This dog is currently in Texas; however, he can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY, or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225.
