My story

Meet Tabitha, a sweet and friendly feline who possesses a charming shyness. She was originally transferred to ARF from an overcrowded shelter, was adopted December 2024 but came back recently due to being bullied by the resident cats. Her calm demeanor shines when she's comfortably curled up and receiving gentle pets. Her eyes light up at the sight of birds fluttering by the window, her curiosity piqued by their every move. Tabitha's gentle spirit is a testament to her resilience. Despite her shy nature, Tabitha's capacity for affection is boundless. Adopting Tabitha means welcoming a world of love, warmth and quiet companionship into your home. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you are not available during those times, special arrangements for a meet and greet may be able to be arranged by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com.
