My story

My Requirements:-Only petHi, I`m Jeffro! If you are looking for a dog with tons of personality, I`m your guy. This big boy is a lover who wouldn’t hurt a fly. I am a volunteer favorite as I am a proper gentleman who does not pull on the leash or rip up toys. In fact, if you see me out on a walk, it is likely that I will be carrying a gigantic stuffy in my mouth! I like to bring an emotional support stuffy wherever I go. I`m a very social guy who loves people. I have been a staple member of our front desk staff as a greeter for families who visit the shelter. All the kids in our Cat Tales camp love me! I am lucky enough to have a foster who takes me home when she is in town, and she says I am the perfect houseguest. I know commands like sit, shake, and stay! I had some separation anxiety before working with my foster mom, but now I do very well relaxing in my crate when I am left at home for a little while. I`d prefer to be an only pet, just because I haven`t spent much time with other dogs and am not that comfortable with them. I don`t make a fuss about it though. When I am on a walk, I usually just ignore the other dogs I see while I carry my stuffy down the sidewalk!
