My story

NAME, GENDER, AGE WEIGHT & BREED NAME: BAILEY GENDER: FEMALE AGE: 3-4 YEARS WEIGHT: 75-80 POUNDS BREED: GERMAN SHEPHERD LOCATION: Alabama Gulf Coast ADOPTION FEE: $550.00 (includes transport) EMAIL: For more information about this dog, contact email: ausmanlou@gmail.com EMAIL & APPLICATION LINK EMAIL: For more information about this dog, contact: RescueDogVillage@yahoo.com APPLICATION: If this dog has stolen your heart, don't wait! If you have not summited an application and are waiting for a response from us by email, please understand that applications are coming in every day and are being processed ahead of you. Therefore, the longer you wait for questions to be answered, the less your chances are. In addition, as home life and rescue put the needs of our rescue dogs first, we regret that we were not able to get back to you. ADOPTED ON 10-04-24: **CLASSIC COAT******CHIPPED **SPAYED******FULLY VETTED **GREAT WITH KIDS, ADULTS AND OTHER DOGS **LEASH, HOUSE AND BASIC COMMAND TRAINED She is beautiful, she is happy, her name is Bailey and she is the newest graduate from our German shepherd rescue program. Bailey is a 3–4-year-old female with a beautiful classic coat, she loves people and will play as long as you are willing to participate. Our challenge with Bailey was that she had gone into a deep depression over the death of one of her owners and the loss of the other owner to health restrictions. It took time but or Bailey has come out the other side and is flourishing, her bond and commitment was awe inspiring. Once she decided that life could continue, she has become the classic super smart shepherd. Bailey will top out around 75-80 pounds and will be the ultimate shadow dog and ultimate companion. This girl has great symmetry, perfect gait, and strong athletic body and runs like she is floating on air. As you would imagine Bailey performed extremely well during our socialization and training program, reflecting strong character, strong desire to bond, strong desire to please and a strong desire train. We have found Bailey to be good with adults and children, being both playful and protective in a controlled manner. This young lady will do best in loving home environment where someone is home most of the time or she is with her owner most of the time.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bailey AD10-04-24:, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
