My story

Hello! My name is Sweetie, I am a 8 month old, spayed female, short-haired tuxie. I was found as a stray September 2024 and brought to MaxFund, now I am looking for my fur-ever home!When I came to the shelter I had ringworm, which why I only recently became available. I am all cleared now! Since I have been in quarantine for so long I am scared in my new room. I will still accept pets though! I just need a little time to adjust, I am sure I will open up and be super friendly and playful. Maybe I will still have kitten energy!I haven`t met any dogs or kids, and this is my first time being around other cats so I am not yet sure how I would do in a home with others. If you have kids, you can bring them to meet me! If you have a dog, the shelter staff can test me with a MaxFund dog and see how I do.If you think I would be a good fit for your home, please come to the shelter to meet me!The shelter hours are Sunday - Monday, & Wednesday - Saturday (Closed Tuesday) 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Closed 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch.
