My story

IDGSR Welcomes JACK into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Howdy! My name is Jack and I'm a super cool 1yr old male Shusky, thats a German Shepherd & Husky mixed together! I'm located near Greeneville TN and am available for transport to my forever home. Here are some fun facts about me & my ideal home! 1. I have LOTS of energy! I love to run and play and explore and do all sorts of fun athletic things. I need to be adopted by someone who will keep me active! 2. I am very friendly with people & other dogs! I hope you have another pupper in the home for me to be best friends with and play with all the time! 3. My ideal home is with an active person or family & with someone who will love me and give me the best life! If you have kids, I'd do best with ones over the age of 10yrs old. Also, no cats or small dogs please. 4. I love to play ball & I can walk on a leash! It would be best to train me in basic & advanced obedience training. I'm super smart and will learn anything you can teach me. Also, it will help us bond! 5. Some of my favorite pastimes include watching ESPN, having crazy zoomies in the backyard, listening to 80s rock music, dreaming of going on hiking adventures, and working on my fitness. I'm an athletic dude! 6. If you are looking for a loving, friendly, playful, energetic, athletic, and awesome new companion - I'm your guy! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
