My story

Meet Twilight! Don’t let the cauliflower ear fool you, this handsome boy is a lover, not a fighter. There’s nothing he loves more than ear and butt scratches, and will start purring as soon as you touch him. As a dedicated lap cat, Twilight will climb in your lap, or on your chest if you’re lying down; and will make biscuits until your fingers get tired from scratching his ears. Then he’ll head butt your hand for more. He enjoys batting around a ball, but prefers hanging with his people or sleeping even more. He’ll chat with you as soon as you walk into the room, and will follow you around so that he can sit on or with you. He will let you know his bowl is empty by hunting you down, sternly talking to you, and leading you to it. He especially loves teenagers, and his mellow disposition would likely do well with calm younger children. Because he’s so loving, he’d also make a great companion for a single person. This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat.   Twilight was rescued with dental issues and is in need of surgery. We will work with an adopter to schedule this surgery, but the entire cost of the dental procedure was covered by a generous donor!   This cat has been diagnosed with a heart murmur and had an echocardiogram, but the entire cost of the procedure was covered by a generous donor!
