Now, she's feeling better than ever and is ready to find her forever home!This pint-sized princess knows she’s royalty and happily takes on the role of queen in any household. While she’s friendly with other dogs and has even been spotted napping with her canine pals, Mrs. Peacock would also be perfectly content as the only dog in her home. If there are other dogs, they should be calm and respectful of her space.Mrs. Peacock is fully blind, likely having adapted to her vision loss long ago, and is a pro at navigating her environment. Her other senses are sharp, so blindness doesn’t slow her down much. More importantly, Mrs. Peacock is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day to manage her condition. She handles her injections like a true champ, and while it might sound intimidating, she’s absolutely worth the extra care!As a senior, Mrs. Peacock also has mild arthritis, which is well-managed, and she would thrive in a home with senior dog experience.
